Contemporary education system and teacher-disciple relationship:An unbiased analysis

Teachers-Day-2022
The current education system, although burdened with many problems, is much better than before New innovations in science and technology , improved teaching methods and techniques have made the education system more quality. Now, the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 can be expected to eliminate many of the problems of the education system and usher in a new horizon The goal of education is also to improve all aspects of physical, mental and spiritual. Education is a lifelong process Part of this process is related to educational institutions The education system which is named 'Formal Education' There is a sacred relationship between the teacher and the disciple during the educational institution A sacred relationship between teacher and disciple is essential to make education successful There is a saying that - "The son of the disciple and the son of the seed are equal." Therefore, it can be said that the relationship between the teacher and the disciple is like that of the father and son The teacher is the one who takes the lead in the comprehensive development of a child and makes him a good citizen of good character by enlightening him with the light of his knowledge.

In the old days, the disciples respected the Guru and bowed down to him whenever they saw him as Brahma This is well known and appreciated. There are many examples of the sacred and sweet relationship between guru and disciple in Indian philosophy In ancient times, disciples did not hesitate to give their lives to obey the words of their teachers Ekalavya cut off the thumb of his right hand and gave Guru-dakshina to the Guru to obey the words of the Guru Similarly, when the Guru told him to go hungry, Upamunya could not stop his hunger and ate the leaves of the Akan tree and lost his sight. But today, the relationship between teacher and disciple seems to be rotten There are many cases where some teachers are teaching students because they have to teach them and they have no sincerity in their minds The disciple does not hesitate to insult the teacher in the slightest thing They don't know or want to show the slightest respect to teachers However, both sides are more or less responsible for such a situation The present consumerist society is also responsible for this

Teachers are symbols of justice, truth and knowledge They are beyond doubt A teacher should always be scientifically minded , generous, secular, environmentally conscious, socially responsible In the old days, teachers did not think about themselves but focused more on the students' acquisition of knowledge There are still many teachers in the society who ignore all their problems and focus on educating their students and making their future brighter But do you know all teachers are the same? There are many teachers who lack the qualities that a teacher should have Therefore, the whole teaching community suffers the reputation of a few teachers There are many teachers who are involved in the corruption and misconduct of many teachers These seem to have undermined the goodwill and respect towards the teaching class There is a growing number of teachers who take teaching as a 'job' rather than a service, which makes teachers reluctant to give full time to their students, resulting in dissatisfaction among the students In addition, many highly educated unemployed enter the teaching profession without getting a job anywhere and therefore do not have a passion for their work Some teachers are so far from their homes that they get tired of coming and going Some schools have only one or two teachers instead of a large number of students As a result, they cannot observe everything well to the students There are many problems that teachers are suffering from that prevent them from devoting themselves fully to the students and therefore the students are not satisfied Nowadays, many teachers are not satisfied with one profession and want to make money in other ways, so there is a lack of time for the students Gurus should try to promote all disciples equally without discrimination among disciples It is his responsibility to give more time to the weaker students and to personally motivate them

There are many reasons why you shouldn't go to the gym. There are many reasons why you shouldn't go to the gym The moral decline of some students is also the main obstacle to the teacher-disciple relationship Some students obey their teachers in school but pretend not to see them outside Parents should play an important role in this regard Sometimes it is seen that parents criticize teachers in front of their children, which leads children to insult teachers , which is actually harmful to the children themselves They should be taught to respect teachers Because teachers want good behavior from them There are many ways to get a job in the field of architecture, but the most important thing is to get a job in the field of architecture One thing I must mention is that today is an era of competition There, the education system is curriculum-based There are so many text-based activities
